The new shape of the mouthpiece also ensures better acceptance and facilitates controlled communication between horse and rider. The beris mouthpieces are made of food-safe plastic with a finish and surface treatment that is unrivalled in plastic mouthpieces to date. The anatomically correctly shaped mouthpiece rests evenly and lightly on the tongue and the tray and offers the tongue more space and freedom of movement. When the reins are taken, even pressure is applied to the lower jaw and tongue. There is no lateral squeezing of the tongue and the shutter. Use of bit discs makes it impossible to pinch the lips.
Thanks to its slightly curved shape, the comfort bar lies particularly quietly in the mouth. Mouthpieces with a slightly curved bar are considered to be particularly gentle and easy on the mouth. This feature, combined with our beris synthetic material, enables horse and rider to communicate even more gently and comfortably. Our thin plastic comfort bar has particularly slim dimensions. With a thickness of 15 mm, the comfort bar thin provides more comfort even in smaller horse mouths. This makes the mouthpiece an ideal bit for ponies or horses that have very little space in their mouth.
